Irish Caraway Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. raisins, floured
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. caraway seeds
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Add butter and crumble with fingertips or blender.
    Beat egg; add sour cream, milk (room temperature) together.
    Fold into 1st mixture.
    Add floured raisins and caraway seeds.
    Mix well.
    Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
