Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. flour
pinch of salt
3 eggs, separated
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together in heavy pan; add milk and stir. Cook over low heat.
Stir egg yolks together and add a little of the hot pudding to them.
Mix and return it to the hot pudding. Bring mixture to a slow boil and cook 2 minutes.
If it gets lumpy beat with mixer.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and butter. Pour into baked pie shell and cover with meringue.
