Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed banana (over-ripe is best)
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Squish bananas, eggs, oil and vanilla together well.
    Sift flour with sugar, soda and salt.
    Add to banana mixture.
    Pour batter into greased and waxed paper lined 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done. Or greased muffin pans 3/4 full at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
