Ingredients

1/2 lb. chopped candied fruit
1 lb. chopped dates
6 slices pineapple (chunked)
4 oz. dry coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. flour
2 c. pear halves
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in cupcake papers at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
