Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. zucchini, grated
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
-
Beat eggs until foamy; add oil, sugar and zucchini, which should be peeled if old.
Add vanilla, mixing well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until pick comes out clean in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Cool in pans.
