Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar, oil, vanilla and zucchini. Add dry ingredients.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
