Frito Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pinto beans
    6 c. water
    2 lb. soup bones
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 peppercorns
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can whole tomatoes
    green chilies
    1 tsp. chili powder
    Doritos or Fritos
    grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Soak pinto beans in water for 3 hours.
    Simmer soup bones, celery, onion, peppercorns and salt with beans for 3 hours. Remove bones and add stewed tomatoes, whole tomatoes, green chilies and chili powder.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Serve with Doritos or Fritos, crumbled in bottom of bowl and topped with grated Mozzarella cheese.
