Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 c. zucchini
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 bars unsweetened baking chocolate, melted

Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
Melt chocolate and stir into egg mixture.
Add zucchini.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
