Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. browned, drained sausage
    6 slices crumbled bread
    2 c. milk
    5 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Layer sausage and bread.
    Pour eggs and milk mixture over sausage and bread.
    Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight or bake at once for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Makes enough for 6 or 8 people.
    Can be frozen for several weeks.
    Rewarm and serve.
