Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ripe medium bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch or three 3 x 6-inch pans.
Bake until top is golden brown and slightly split, 1 hour and 20 minutes for large loaf; small loaves about 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven.
