Mexican Lunch(Makes 4 To 5 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk (I use regular milk)
    1 3/4 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and peppers in a large skillet.
    Add tomatoes, buttermilk, macaroni and seasonings.
    Cover; cook until steaming.
    Lower heat to simmer and cook for 25 minutes.
