Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix sugars and oil; add eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add zucchini, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Mix flour.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in loaf pans.
    Roll raisins in flour.
    Drop on top.
    Freeze well.
