Nine Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. each black beans, kidney, pinto, navy, Great Northern, split peas, black-eyed peas, barley pearls and lentils*
2 c. bean mix
12 oz. beer
1 lb. diced ham
1 lb. smoked beef sausage in 1/2-inch slices
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
salt
16 oz. canned tomatoes, chopped
10 oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes
chopped celery
2 bay leaves
Creole seasoning
2 jalapeno peppers
