Savory Tomato Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. crushed oregano
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 to 2/3 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes, drained (reserve liquid)
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, salts, oregano, sugar and cheeses.
    Add enough milk to drained tomato liquid to make 2/3 cup.
    Blend liquid with eggs and oil.
    Stir liquid and chopped tomatoes into flour mixture until thoroughly moistened.
    Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 75 to 80 minutes.
    If bread is brown before baking time is complete, cover with a foil tent.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan and turn onto wire rack and cool thoroughly.
