Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add sugar and oil, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix lightly but well.
    Sift dry ingredients; add to zucchini, mix.
    Stir well, add nuts.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.
    Recipe works best with 1 (9 x 5-inch) and 1 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool on rack. Freezes well.
