Banana Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening (I use canola oil)
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and bananas.
Mix well. Add dry ingredients.
Sometimes I add a teaspoon of vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
