Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. poppy seed
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add oil and beat again.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture alternately with milk and vanilla.
    Beat again while adding poppy seed.
    Bake in an angel food cake pan, lightly greased, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serve warm or cool, with or without butter.
