Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini squash
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Blend salad oil and sugar.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Add grated zucchini squash.
    Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.
    Add to first mixture and beat thoroughly. Pour into two greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
