Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 lb. cut up fryer chicken
Preparation

Heat margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular pan in 425\u00b0 oven until melted.
Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Coat chicken with mixture.
Place skin side down in pan and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Turn and bake until thickest pieces are done; about 30 additional minutes.
Serves 6.
