Zucchini Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. nuts, divided
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir in oil, vanilla and eggs.
    Add zucchini, raisins and 1 cup nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool and cut into bars.
