Strawberry Nut Dessert Bread* - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
4 eggs, beaten well
2 c. frozen strawberries, including juice

Preparation

By hand mix all ingredients together at one time.
Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Makes 2 loaves.
