Ingredients

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas, cut into quarters
vegetable oil
Preparation

In small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar and mix well.
In large skillet, heat 1/2 inch of oil over medium heat until haze forms.
Fry tortilla quarters a few at a time, for 1 minute or until golden.
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
