Vegetable Medley Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower head
    1 1/2 broccoli bunches
    1 onion (medium)
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms (may use fresh)
    8 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
    2 1/4 oz. black olives, sliced
    1 green pepper (small), sliced thin
    1 sweet red pepper, sliced thin
    Italian dressing
Preparation
    Combine cauliflower, broccoli, onion, mushrooms, water chestnuts, olives and peppers.
    Cover with Italian dressing; refrigerate and marinate overnight.
    Drain Italian dressing off of vegetables before serving.
    Serves 15.
