Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in the oil, buttermilk and eggs. Add the water and stir until well mixed. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Frost with the following Caramel Icing.
