Sugar Cookies Like Grandma'S(Lower Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. canola oil
    2 eggs
    4 c. plus 4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream first 3 ingredients, then add oil and beat well.
    Beat in eggs well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Refrigerate dough at least 3 hours or overnight for easier handling.
    Make cookies by rolling dough into small balls (walnut size) and flatten with glass dipped in sugar/flour mixture (2 tablespoons each) on oiled cookie sheets at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    I use pressed glass to get design in cookie.
    Fun for grandchildren.
