Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter in blender.
Gradually add sugar; blend well. Combine dry ingredients.
Add with creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin, starting and ending with dry ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. Cool and remove from pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
