Double Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Reese's peanut butter cups
Preparation
    In large bowl cream margarine, shortening, peanut butter, sugars and egg.
    Blend in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in chips.
    Shape into 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet.
    Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until set.
    Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
    Makes 4 dozen.
