Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 can pimentos
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Combine drained pineapple juice with enough water to make 1 cup.
    Bring to a boil and dissolve the Jell-O in the hot juice mixture; cool.
    Mash cream cheese, milk and pimentos; add pecans, pineapple and celery.
    Stir into cooled Jell-O and pour into mold or an 8 x 13-inch pan.
    Yield: 16 servings.
