Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    3 boxes frozen squash
    4 grated carrots
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm dressing (blue label)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento, diced
Preparation
    Cook and drain squash.
    Do not overcook squash; it should still be firm.
    Melt butter and pour over the dressing in a large bowl. Toss to mix in butter, then reserve 1 1/2 cups for later.
    Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl (except reserved dressing). Turn into a buttered baking dish; sprinkle reserved dressing over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
