Banana Tree Stumps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butterscotch pieces
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 medium banana
    1/2 c. finely chopped peanuts
Preparation
    In small saucepan, combine the butterscotch pieces and peanut butter.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Peel the banana and cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Dip each piece of banana into the butterscotch mixture.
    Lift out with a fork. Roll in the chopped nuts.
    Place on waxed paper lined plate.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Serves 2.
