Zucchini-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until fluffy
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix beaten eggs and oil to vanilla and sugar; mix thoroughly. Combine remaining ingredients (nuts can be optional).
    Bake in floured and greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
