Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 c. crushed pineapple and juice
3 eggs
Preparation

Add dry ingredients together.
Cream butter or margarine and brown sugar.
Add eggs and beat until smooth.
Add half of the flour and nut mixture.
Mix well.
Add pineapple, mixing well.
Add remaining flour and nut mixture.
Grease three 8 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Sprinkle bottoms with 1/2 tablespoon of flour mixture and add 1/3 of batter into each pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
