Lamb Chops(Afrikander) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 lamb chops
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 tsp. vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt in a large bowl.
Marinade chops for 1 hour. Remove chops; reserve marinade.
Pat chops dry with paper towel. Panfry chops in melted butter until brown and tender.
