Stuffed Mushrooms Ricotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium mushrooms
    1/3 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. finely chopped onions
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 to 1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Remove stems, wash and dry mushroom caps.
    Place caps in 8-inch square baking dish.
    Mix Ricotta, salt, Parmesan cheese, onion, lemon juice and paprika.
    Stuff mushrooms with this mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
