Polly'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
2/3 c. of water
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
Preparation

Mix together first six ingredients until well blended.
Then add remaining ingredients, mix until smooth.
Grease and flour 3 one pound coffee cans or 2 loaf pans.
Divide batter evenly into pans and Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
