Marinated Grouper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 tsp. Dijon mustard
    juice of 1 1/2 lemons
    1 tsp. fresh rosemary or 3/4 tsp. dried rosemary
    3 cloves garlic, slivered
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    3 lb. grouper
Preparation
    Combine oils, mustard, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Marinate fish in mixture 2 hours or longer. Drain marinade and reserve.
