Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of baking soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    vegetable oil (shortening)
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Make a hole in the center of the mixture and pour in buttermilk mixed with the baking soda. Knead the dough and roll it out on a lightly floured board. Cut it into rounds about 1/2-inch thick. Fry in medium oil.
