Stuffing Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless chicken
1 c. sour cream
1 stick margarine
1 small onion, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 to 9 oz. bag stuffing mix
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Butter 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Place chicken side by side. Combine soup, milk and sour cream and mix well.
Pour over chicken.
