Greek Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Martha White yellow corn muffin mix
    1 box frozen chopped spinach
    2 eggs
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add rest of ingredients.
    Put in 8 x 8-inch square greased Pyrex pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
