Banana Blizzard(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 small bananas, peeled and sliced
2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 c. cold buttermilk
1 1/2 c. cold nonfat milk
sugar substitute (to equal 4 tsp. sugar)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crushed ice
Preparation

Put bananas in blender. Add lemon juice and blend to mix.
Put in all remaining ingredients and blend at high speed until frothy. Serve in chilled glasses. Serves 6.
Each serving contains 1 fruit portion, 1/2 milk portion and 80 calories.
