Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and pork sausage with onion.
    Crumble meat with fork.
    Add tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder and salt. Simmer 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
