Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour (plain)
1 tsp. soda
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix sugars, butter and oil.
Add egg.
Mix well.
Sift flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar together.
Add to sugar mixture gradually.
Add vanilla.
Drop by spoonful on oiled cookie sheet. Flatten.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
