Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. carrots, shredded
    4 eggs
    1 c. pecans
    dash of salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a small bowl, beat eggs gently, not much with a fork.
    In a medium bowl, combine oil, sugar and eggs from small bowl, carrots and pecans; stir together by hand.
    Combine medium bowl with ingredients in large bowl; stir well by hand. Pour into three 8-inch greased cake pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until done.
    Let cool before frosting.
