Fresh Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening or butter
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. water
2 c. fresh apples, chopped
1 tsp. each: cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix like most any cake.
Bake in a loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
