Turkisk Zucchini Dolmas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. instant rice
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1 can crushed tomatoes
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 medium zucchini
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except squash and tomatoes.
Cut ends from zucchini and scoop out centers.
Fill zucchini loosely with meat mixture.
Make meatballs from remainder.
Chop zucchini centers and add to large skillet with tomatoes.
Heat.
Add zucchini and meatballs.
Cover; simmer for 30 minutes, or until tender.
