Pam'S Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    rind of 1 lemon, grated
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add to other mixture alternately with milk. Add
    grated
    lemon
    rind.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. In
    the meantime,
    mix
    the
    1/3
    cup lemon juice and 1/3 cup sugar.
    Ad soon as bread is taken from the oven, drizzle this mixture on
    top of the hot bread.
    Do not poke holes in bread to allow more to soak in!
