Ingredients

1 c. Parkay
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oats
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream Parkay; gradually add sugar.
Beat well.
Add egg; beat well.
Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture.
Stir in oats and remaining ingredients.
Shape dough in 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press down with fingers.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 10 dozen.
