Baked Lima Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. dried large limas
1 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. liquid smoke
7 strips bacon
Preparation

Soak limas overnight. Cook, uncovered, until soft. Add salt to taste.
Save 1/2 juice and put in casserole.
Add light brown sugar and ketchup. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Add 1 teaspoon liquid smoke.
Add bacon and bake 15 minutes longer.
