Sugar-Free Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    24 packets Equal sweetener
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    8 oz. reduced-calorie cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine over low heat.
    Add chocolate and stir just until melted.
    Remove from heat; stir in sweetener and vanilla. Combine chocolate mixture and cream cheese; beat until smooth. Stir in nuts and spread mixture in lightly greased 8-inch square pan.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Cut into 1-inch squares.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Yields 64 squares of fudge.
