Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 1/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 lb. can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix shortening and sugar, add eggs and mix well.
    Add pumpkin and then the flour a little at a time, alternating with the water a little at a time.
    Add salt, soda, baking soda, baking powder and spices and mix well.
    Fold in the nuts and raisins.
    Bake 60 to 70 minutes in loaf pans until toothpick comes out clean.
